Please read these conditions carefully before using the HerbsPlaza.com website! By using this website and our services, you signify your agreement to be bound by the Terms.
We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Use by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
The information available on or through HerbsPlaza.com is intended as information only and does not constitute advice or medical advice. It is your responsibility to determine that the products are suitable for you, and it is not our responsibility to do so.
You agree that HerbsPlaza.com shall not be liable or responsible for any problems or side effects and inconveniences that may arise a result of or in connection with any use or storage of any products purchased from HerbsPlaza.com. It is your responsibility to consult with healthcare professionals before using herbal products to stay safe.
You must register as a member on HerbsPlaza.com in order to place orders and use our services. Further, we reserve the right, without prior notice, to restrict access to or use of certain services or features to members.
Orders
Once your online order is received, you will be sent an email confirming receipt of your order. We reserve the right to cancel your order in full or in part for reasons including, but not limited to, goods availability, errors in description or prices, delivery issues. In this case, we shall process the refund of your paid order and inform you that we cannot supply the products you have ordered.
Pricing
The prices published on the internet are given in euros. Due to price changes of our own suppliers, varying seasons availability or marketing reasons, we reserve the right to vary the prices of the products or sales discounts and delivery costs without prior notice.
Payment
You must pay in Euros. For the payment methods please refer to our payment page. You will receive email confirmation of your order upon completion of the payment process.
For the paid order that is not shipped, if for your own reason you want to cancel it, please contact us by email as soon as possible. After we confirm it, you order can be canceled except the pre-order items for you that are ready for shipment.
The refund of the order you canceled will be saved as Store Credit without costs, that can be used when you place new orders in the future. If you want to transfer the order refunds to your bank account, you will be charged the transfer fees and one time processing fee.
Delivery
After your payment is received, your order will be processed and shipped. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive confirmation and tracking information by email.
After your package is shipped, if you have not received it within two weeks, you should contact us by email as soon as possible. So that we can help check it. Otherwise, we cannot help you solve the delivery problem.
We cannot control the delivery process of transport companies. For some reasons, the following situations may happen:
- the shipping time delays;
- the delivery is taken over by other shipping partners;
- you are notified to pick up the package at a service point.
We are not responsible for these changes of delivery.
Customers from outside of the European Union please note that, you may be subject to import duties and taxes that are levied once the package reaches your country. Whether any charges are payable will depend on the value of the package and where you are having it delivered to. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be. You should contact your local customs office for further information. If there are any additional charges for customs clearance, they must be borne by you.
Claim
Customer agrees to inspect all products and packaging immediately upon receipt. If you have received an incorrect item from us, please contact us by email within 7 days after delivery. Otherwise, we cannot concede any claim for redress.
If you notice any damage, you should report us by email within 3 days after delivery. Otherwise, we cannot help you claim insurance on a parcel.
To report a damaged shipment, you need to provide the following necessary files: (1) the purchase order; (2) a detailed photo of the actual damage; (3) a photo of the entire damaged item; (4) a photo of the entire exterior of the parcel; (5) a photo of the shipping label on the parcel; (6) a photo of the opened parcel; (7) a photo of all types of inner packaging.
Returns
Most of the products we sell are food or herbal supplements. For hygienic and healthy reasons, usually the purchased products you receive cannot be returned. If you want to return it, please contact us by email within 7 days after delivery and explain reasons. After we agree, you can return the unopened and unused products with the original packings. You are responsible for all return costs and cooperate to process returns. We don't offer return service for any package sent to non-EU.
Returned items in perfect condition can be refunded within 14 days after receiving them. The 10% restocking fee of the items amount will be deducted from the refunds. The shipping costs cannot be refunded. If the returned package is not insured and are mislaid or damaged when shipped back, we cannot guarantee any refund.
Please note that some products need to be pre-ordered, including all Dried Herbs and Concentrated Granules. These products are usually restocked for you when receiving your orders. After you purchase them, these products cannot be cancelled, returned and refunded once they are ready for shipment or have been shipped.
Disclaimer
Although information presented by HerbsPlaza.com is based on traditional Chinese Medicine principles, it should not be taken or construed as standard medical diagnosis or treatment. For any medical condition, always consult with a qualified primary care physician. Neither any of our practitioners nor employees shall be held responsible in any way for problems encountered using the products on this website. We accept no responsibility for the safety and suitability of our products.
Additionally, please note that due to the nature of products we sell, some countries may have restrictions or prohibitions on some products. Customers are liable to make sure the products comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which they are receiving the goods. We are not responsible for the safety and legality of the goods. We are not responsible for any consequences caused by this. In the event that the products are destroyed or seized by the local government, we also cannot provide any reimbursements or refund any fees you have paid for your order.
Privacy
Any information provided by you will be used for HerbsPlaza.com's purposes only. However, we may need to provide your name and delivery address to third parties that are involved in the processing of your order used for delivering specific services to you, for example, the courier that delivers your order. We will not divulge any information we receive from customers to anyone. We will not rent, sell or give your personal information or purchase history to any other company, agency or individual unless required by law.
