When will your order arrive?

Once payment is received by us your order will be processed. We will strive to ensure that your order can be shipped as soon as possible. We will inform you immediately via email or SMS if we expect delays due to reasons such as the temporary out-of-stock situation. 

The delivery and transit time in usual:

For EU countries:  2 to 7 business days
 For 
non-EU countries in Europe: 7 to 15 business days
For other countries  outside Europe: 15 to 30 business days 

All shipping times exclude clearance/customs delays. Please note that due to the pandemic situation, Shipping companies may take extra time to deliver your item.

Who will deliver your order?

We rely on a network of external shipping partners, including DPD, PostNL and DHL, to get your order to your doorstep as soon as possible. If no response is at the consignee address during delivery, your order package could be delivered to a pickup location. You will be informed that you need to collect the package as soon as possible at the pickup location. Usually the package can be left at the pickup location at least 1 week.
