Ingredients:

• Noodles: Wheat Flour, Palm Oil, Salt, Acidity Regulator (452, 501, 451, 500, 339, 450), Thickener (1400, 401, 412), Antioxidant (307b, 304), Green Tea Powder.
• XO Sauce: Palm Oil, Rapeseed Oil, Dried Scallop (0.7%), Shallot, Flavour and Flavouring (Oyster, Fish), Garlic, White Sugar, Onion, Salt, Flavour Enhancer (621, 627, 631), Spices, Chilli Flakes, Yeast Extracts, Hydrolysed Soya Protein, Soya Beans Oil, Colour (160c, 150a), Antioxidant (307b, 304).
• Soup Base: Salt, Flavour Enhancer (621, 627, 631), Flavour and Flavouring (Pork, Shrimp, Clam), Skimmed Milk Powder, White Sugar, Yeast Extracts, Garlic Powder, Glucose Syrup, Soya Sauce Powder (Soya Beans, Wheat, Salt), Dehydrated Green Onion, Palm Oil, Spices, Onion Powder, Milk Protein, Anticaking Agent (551).

Cooking Direction: 

1. Add noodles into 500ml of boiling water and cook for 3 minutes. Add soup base and XO sauce into bowl in advance.
   
2. Remove from heat. Pour hot water into bowl to melt soup base and XO sauce, then add noodles.
3. Finally, stir well and serve.
