Luo Han Guo is the fruit of Siraitia grosvenori. It is a perennial climbing plant that grows in China's Guangxi province. Luo Han Guo fruits are collected in the rain, when they change from light green to dark green. Then they are dried by the fire and get rid of her. Because of Luo Han Guo pulp contains an intense sweet glycoside and good properties, it is used as a low calorie sweetener and in traditional Chinese medicine.
Usage:
To be taken after having dissolved one piece of the beverage with 100ml of boiling water. One piece for each time and 2-3 times for each day.
