Instant lemongrass drink is ready-to-eat portioned powder, made from lemongrass and sugar. Sereh also called lemongrass stalk, is a plant from the grass family. It is a fast-growing, aromatic grass with an extensive root system. It has spherical stems in bunches from which long lanceolate leaves grow. The lemongrass stalks have a fresh, lemony, slightly ginger-like taste.
